Private Investigator training


In the State of Georgia the Private investigation industry is regulated by state statue O.C.G.A 43-38-1  Known as The Private Detective and Security Agencies Act of 1981 and falls under the authority of The Georgia Secretary of State Professional Licensing Boards Division Board of Private Detective and Security Agencies. 

To be licensed as a private investigator you must register and pass a 70 hour pre-license course and pass with exam with 80% or grater
